I can offer gift wrapping and packaging
If you receive a broken mug or a problem (or incorrect design) please contact me through email, (Details are on the website) Make contact as soon as possible with a photo of your broken Mug. I am happy to replace them if they arrive broken, misprinted, or damaged in any way.
You just have to let us know ASAP

If you have placed your order and need to change the delivery address, please contact me ASAP.
We will do our best to try and accommodate the change, but if your order has already been fulfilled then unfortunately, we are not always able to make the change.
Please double-check your address when you place your order to avoid this becoming a problem.
Unfortunately, if your item(s) are personalized I can not accept returns on any products because of a change of mind. However, if there is a reason the product does not meet the described standards, please get in touch with me via email and I will do my best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
